Can I place an order right now?+
The storefront is currently a prelaunch preview. We are confirming physical prototypes, fulfillment details, contact information, and payment setup before accepting money. You can explore designs and build a sample bag.
Can I personalize a product?+
Several concept products support a name, custom message, or brand details. Select a product to preview the available personalization fields. All designs and final specifications are subject to approval before production.
How long does production and shipping take?+
Production lead times and shipping options are being finalized. We will publish accurate estimates before checkout opens and disclose them for each custom project.
Can you create something from my idea?+
Yes—that's the goal of our custom project service. Prepare dimensions, a reference sketch, quantities, and intended use. Once the business contact channel is active, we can provide an individual quote.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?+
We plan to quote repeat designs and small-batch business orders individually. Prices depend on size, materials, design complexity, and quantities.
